At Custom Home Maintenance, we believe taking care of a home should feel simple, not stressful. Our job is to handle the day-to-day details so homeowners can feel confident knowing their property is being looked after by people they trust.
Founder Patricia St. Pierre started Custom Home Maintenance with that idea in mind. What began as her vision has grown into a team that takes a hands-on approach to caring for homes. We help with everything from routine maintenance and repairs to planning and concierge services, giving homeowners one reliable point of contact when something needs attention.
We focus on staying ahead of problems, communicating clearly, and getting to know each home we care for. We treat every property with the attention it deserves because we know a home is more than an investment. It is where you live, relax, and make memories.

Patricia St. Pierre
Founder | Managing Owner
Patricia St. Pierre is a strategic marketing professional with more than twenty years of executive management experience. For the past fifteen years, she has also owned and managed residential homes and rental properties, giving her firsthand experience with the responsibilities that come with maintaining a home and protecting its long-term value.
As a homeowner herself, Patricia saw how difficult it can be for busy homeowners to keep up with maintenance, repairs, and the many other responsibilities that come with owning a property. She founded Custom Home Maintenance to provide a simpler solution, helping homeowners stay on top of their properties with plans built around their home, lifestyle, and budget.
Megan Beard
Senior Client Manager
Megan Beard is an experienced operations and client services professional with a background in hospitality, entertainment, and business operations. Her career has focused on coordinating people, projects, and logistics, with a strong ability to anticipate needs and keep things organized. She holds a BFA from Ithaca College and brings strong communication skills, creativity, and a warm, personable approach to her work.
Megan is highly organized, dependable, and genuinely enjoys working with people. Her background in hospitality, along with her experience coordinating service providers and overseeing projects, has given her a practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving and client care. She makes sure clients feel informed and supported throughout the process.

Framework & Plan Service
CHM starts with a complete inspection of your home to create a practical plan for caring for your property. We document important details such as measurements, photos, equipment, warranties, and contractor information in the HomeZada app, giving you an organized place to keep everything related to your home.
From personalized maintenance schedules to important documentation, your home’s information is easy to access when you need it. You can manage the plan yourself or have CHM take care of it for you.
Monthly Subscription Service
Our monthly subscription service gives you a dedicated home manager who helps keep your property on track. This includes preventative maintenance, seasonal upkeep, contractor scheduling, documentation, and financial management.
Once your home framework is in place, your home manager handles the ongoing details and coordinates with trusted vendors as needed. Emergency support is also available 24/7, so you have someone to turn to when an unexpected issue comes up.
Repair & Improvement Projects
When your home needs a larger repair, update, or renovation, CHM can manage the project from start to finish. Your home manager coordinates contractors, schedules, estimates, and invoices while keeping you informed throughout the process.
We work with vetted, licensed vendors and can help you navigate the decisions that come with larger projects. Our goal is to make the process easier for you and ensure the work is completed properly and with your home’s best interests in mind.
