Patricia St. Pierre is an accomplished strategic marketing professional with more than twenty years of executive management experience. Over the past fifteen years, she has also owned and managed residential homes and rental properties, gaining firsthand insight into the responsibilities of maintaining a property’s long-term value.
As a homeowner herself, Patricia recognized how challenging it can be for busy individuals to create and manage an effective home maintenance plan. That realization inspired her to found Custom Home Maintenance—a company dedicated to helping homeowners protect their investments through personalized maintenance programs tailored to each home’s unique needs, lifestyle, and budget.

Throughout her career, she has overseen a wide range of creative and logistical projects earning a reputation for her exceptional organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Known for her meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage complex workflows, Tara ensures that every project runs efficiently and meets the highest standards of quality. From customized maintenance schedules to organized documentation, you will have everything you need at your fingertips. You can choose to manage the plan yourself or allow CHM to manage it for you.

Monthly Subscription Service
Our monthly subscription service gives you a dedicated home manager who oversees every detail of your property, from preventative maintenance to contractor scheduling and financial management. With 24/7 availability for emergencies, your home is always in capable hands. Once your custom framework is complete, your home manager handles seasonal upkeep, vendor coordination, documentation, and ongoing maintenance to keep your property running smoothly year-round.

Repair & Improvement Projects
CHM provides full support for larger repairs and renovations, managing every step of the process with cost transparency and trusted expertise. Your dedicated home manager coordinates contractors, schedules, estimates, and invoices while ensuring work is completed to the highest standards. With access to vetted, licensed vendors and preferred pricing, you can feel confident that your home improvements are handled with precision and care.
